LD-4 Inline Laser PCB Depaneling Machine: Supports both inline and offline modes; equipped with a 60W standard laser, achieves high-speed depaneling; Precision cutting, no mechanical stress, equipment width is only 0.77 meters.

N-800A Vacuum Degassing Machine: Inline configuration for easy integration into production line; it removes air bubbles on PCBs after dispensing or conformal coating, ensuring product quality and improving production yield.
